The Great Britannia 2009 Tool Sale
Britannia Heritage Shipyard Society is proud to present our 1st Annual Fundraiser It’s a cool ’Tool Event’
Did you know that the Society has eleven boats on site for your enjoyment, and that many of them need love and attention.
We need tools and supplie,and. that’s where you come in……we invite you to dust off those old tools that you don’t want anymore and bring them to the Tool Drop Off at the southern door of the boatyard between 10 am and 2 pm on Nov the 7th, 10th or the 12th.. . We will be there to say a huge THANK YOU !!
Then…. please come back for the TOOL SALE on Saturday, Nov 14th, 11 am - 3 pm, and shop for tools that you don’t have yet ! All proceeds will go to the Britannia Heritage Shipyard Society to buy supplies to repair the boats, which means that you and your families can enjoy them for many more years to come.
Oldrich (Oz) Zitek, amazing local saxophonist, will be performing live during the event for yout enjoyment. You will NOT want to miss him.
We Need Your Donation
We thank you in advance for your support (tools, cash and volunteer time) and we sincerely appreciate every donation, every toonie and every minute you can spare ! (Who knows? Maybe you will join us and help out!) Ask your friends if they need to de-clutter their tool shed. Call if you need us to pick up donations.
